Refund and Returns Policy

Van Isle Wild wants to make sure you have a great shopping experience and we want every customer to be a repeat customer. Unfortunately, once received, all of our products are exempt from return or refund as they are perishable goods. Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are also non-returnable and have no cash value. Refunds may be offered for orders made by mistake within 24 hours of placing the order.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or we have made an error, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to make things right. We strive for happy customers and we also ask for your consideration for the time we spend to prepare and grow your custom orders.

There is no guarantee on hatching eggs, whether delivered in person or shipped. We DO test and confirm our fertility regularly on the farm prior to selling eggs. Hatching results will vary even if you are experienced, so while we collect fresh to order and package them so they will arrive safe, we cannot guarantee your results. There are many variables involved with the incubation and hatching of eggs, unsuccessful hatches can, and do happen. Our eggs are hatching at Van Isle Wild with 90% success or better. We send you the very best, freshest and high quality eggs to start with but the rest is up to you!

Please remember that you are not paying for chicks/poults, you are paying for fresh, fertile hatching eggs. Average hatch rates for shipped hatching eggs are around 30-50%, these are only averages, not a guarantee. All of these things are generally understood by seasoned buyers of hatching eggs. We do not replace eggs for late delivery, as you accept the risk when getting eggs shipped.
