Van Isle Wild wants to make sure you have a great shopping experience and we want every customer to be a repeat customer. Unfortunately, once received, all of our products are exempt from return or refund as they are perishable goods. Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are also non-returnable and have no cash value. Refunds may be offered for orders made by mistake within 24 hours of placing the order.
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or we have made an error, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to make things right. We strive for happy customers and we also ask for your consideration for the time we spend to prepare and grow your custom orders.
Hatching Eggs:
Van Isle Wild has been successfully shipping hatching eggs for many years across Canada. We take as many precautions as possible to ensure safe shipment of the eggs, including our custom made foam shipping boxes. Despite all the precautions taken, this does NOT ensure your hatching eggs will arrive safely and without damage. Van Isle Wild will not be held liable for any eggs that have arrived broken and for missing packages, packages delivered to the wrong address, or packages delivered late.
Please remember that you are not paying for chicks/poults, you are paying for fresh, fertile hatching eggs. Average hatch rates for shipped hatching eggs are around 50-70%, these are only averages, not a guarantee. All of these things are generally understood by seasoned buyers of hatching eggs. We do not replace eggs for late delivery, as you accept the risk when getting eggs shipped.
